Ukrainian Society of Cell Biology
For the attention of specialists in the field of Cell Biology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology and Immunology.
The All-Ukrainian public organization "Ukrainian Society of Cell Biology" and Ivan Franko Lviv National University are pleased to announce the 7th Congress of the Ukrainian Society of Cell Biology (USCB) with international representation. The congress will take place from September 11-13 at the Scientific Library of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
List of planned sessions:
- Biology of animal and plant cells.
- Cell signaling mechanisms, autophagy and apoptosis.
- Biology of eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells.
- Biotechnology and metabolic engineering.
- Bioanalytics.
- Medical problems of cellular biology.
The format of the 7th USCB Congress will be hybrid, allowing for either in-person or online participation. The congress will feature leading scientists from both Ukraine and abroad.
Poster preparation: Poster size = 65x75 cm portrait orientation.
The working languages are Ukrainian and English. Participants are encouraged to present abstracts and presentation materials (oral and poster) in English to ensure accessibility to the global scientific community.

Conditions for Participation in the 7th USCB Congress:
To participate in the 7th Congress of USCB, please fill out the Registration Form and submit your abstracts to the conference email: 7th.ucsb2024@gmail.com.
Deadline for abstract submission – August 16, 2024.
Registration Fees:
- In-person participation: 200 EUR (1 person: 160 EUR; print one Abstract: 40 UAH).
- Online participation: 70 EUR (1 person: 30 EUR – access to scheduled sessions; print one Abstract: 40 EUR).
Materials received after the deadline will not be accepted. Each participant may submit up to three abstracts. Invitation letters will be sent by email before September 1, 2024.

We hope that the gathering of specialists in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, and related disciplines in Lviv in the fall of 2024 will foster fruitful scientific discussions and the establishment of new creative contacts!
